Isn’t he adorable? I miss my boyfriend.

These past two years have sure been an adventure. I still can’t believe how fast the time has gone by. June 26, 2009 was a glorious day. We took a chance together that evening. We had no idea how our future would be, but we jumped in and took a chance with each other. Look at us now. Two years in and we’re still madly in love.

We been through so much, both good and bad. So many amazing memories. Some heartbreaking ones too. It’s been extremely tough being in a long distance relationship since last August, but we’re making it.

Even though we couldn’t be together on our special day, I had a great day. Even though waking up at 5:45am wasn’t ideal, I did a great thing today. Volunteered. I’ve been doing a lot of that lately. I’ll be volunteering at least two more days this week.

Anyway, after I was done with all of that, Sam and I had a skype date. We talked for a bit and then decided to watch The Last Song since he had never seen it. It definitely wasn’t the same as being in the same room and holding hands while watching the movie, but it was good enough. I’ll take anything I get.

I’m really glad that I was happy today. I was scared that I would be all bummed out, but I guess I accepted the fact we wouldn’t be together. All I did was look forward to whenever I’ll be able to see him in person.

This made me realize how much I miss resting my head on his back. He’s always really warm no matter what the temperature is outside. I miss every inch of you Sam. And since I know you will probably read this, I hope it makes you smile :)

Everything about this, the room, the couple, the way they are standing, the way they are dressed, is adorable. I want to get a tripod so Sam and I can take adorable photos like this.
